Cancellations
Annual Maintenance: Annual Maintenance services once ordered cannot be cancelled. Therefore no refunds are possible.
Website and Software Development: Refunds for website and software development orders are available only if development has not yet started. During the development process, refunds will be prorated based on the progress of the work completed.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the approval of the refund request.
